My illustration style is a balance between attention to detail & painterly spontaneity. Mediums include watercolor, gouache, graphite, and my iPad Pro (digital art). My process includes: photographing and/or gathering reference material, digital editing, color sketches, and building the finished digital painting.

Several techniques were utilized to craft these finishes including airbrushing for smooth backgrounds, paintbrushes to render the figure, and transparent paint layering.
